How we handle your personal information when you use our website or contact us for advisory services.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit our contact form or communicate with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the topic you enquire about, and any message you provide.
We use it to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations, provide advisory services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
When we anchor a document fingerprint on a public blockchain, only a cryptographic hash, a document type, a version label, and a timestamp are recorded. No personal data is ever written on-chain. Because the ledger is immutable, a withdrawn attestation is flagged as revoked rather than erased.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Contact us to exercise them.
